Browse through The Filmporium Store to shop for different selections of animation related merchandise. Simply click on any Product Category link to view more subcategories or individual items within that category. Click on any individual Product Button to view information about that Product. The Filmporium Store contains specific descriptions and pricing information on every Product available for purchase.

At any time you can review the Products in your Shopping Cart by clicking on the View Cart button located at the top of the navigation bar on the right side of every Filmporium Store web page. As you view the Products in your Shopping Cart, you can change the Product quantities, delete a Product or completely empty your Shopping Cart and start all over.

When you are finished shopping, simply click on the View Cart button and ensure that your Shopping Cart is complete and correct. Then, click on the Checkout button at the bottom of Your Shopping Cart. This takes you to the Checkout Page. On this page, you can verify your Order details as well as choose your Payment Method Option. The Filmporium Store accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for payment. We also accept money orders, phone and fax orders. Once you’ve chosen your Payment Method, click the Continue button. If you do not have an account, you’ll be asked to create one. If you have an account with us, you’ll be asked to verify your personal, billing and ship-to information, credit card information, etc. When you complete this page, click the Submit Order button. If you’ve chosen to pay by credit card, you will see an Order Being Processed page appear. Your Order is being processed through the Secure Authorize.net e-commerce transaction engine, one of the Internet’s leading payment processing systems. Please be patient – the payment processing will take a few moments to complete. Once the processing has finished, you’ll arrive at your Order Confirmation web page. Please print a copy of your Invoice and keep it in a safe place with your other records. Please remember that once your order has been submitted, no additions or changes may be made to it.

To submit an order to The Filmporium Store by fax, phone or mail, simply follow the same procedures outlined above, until you get to the Checkout Page. Choose the appropriate Payment Method and then click the Continue button. You will now be asked to verify your personal, billing and ship-to information, etc. When you complete this page, click the Submit Order button. You’ll arrive at your Order Confirmation web page. Please print a copy of your Invoice to use either for faxing, mailing or referencing when you call our office to finalize your Order. After completing your Filmporium Store purchase, regardless of your Payment Method, in a short period of time you should receive an E-mail Order Confirmation, which will contain a complete record of your purchase as well as an Order Number. This E-Mail will serve as your store transaction receipt.

When you make a purchase from The Filmporium Store, you will automatically receive an E-mail confirmation for each sub-order of your purchase. Please store those E-mails in a safe place for future reference. In addition, you will receive another confirmation E-mail for each sub-order to notify you when that sub-order has been shipped.

Orders are filled as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days. Orders shipped to destinations in the US and Canada usually arrive within 3-5 business days from date of shipment. Orders to international destinations may take 7-14 business days to arrive. Orders for multiple box sets that are eligible for free shipping are shipped media mail and may take more than 3 weeks to arrive. Remember, orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays. All shipments are subject to stock availability.

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped to states in which The Filmporium Store has facilities. Based on your shipping address, if sales tax is applicable, it will be automatically added to your Order.
